Help with gifts of stock, real estate and other non-cash assets

Georgia Family Council has developed a partnership with National Christian Foundation to make easy the donation of non-cash assets, such as stocks, real estate, cars, boats and the like. NCF will liquidate the asset and pass along the cash donation to Georgia Family Council. If you choose to use this service, you will receive the charitable-contribution tax deduction on the asset’s current value, avoid the hassle of liquidating the asset yourself, avoid capital gains tax and support GFC’s work for families.
